Terms of Service

CoCreate Shorts is a pilot creative service. Submitting an idea does not guarantee acceptance, production, publishing, platform approval, views, monetization, or revenue.

By submitting an idea, you confirm that you have the right to submit it and allow us to review it and, if accepted, develop, adapt, produce, and edit it as part of the pilot service. Final pricing, payment instructions, delivery format, and any optional publishing support are confirmed manually after review.

You may not submit unauthorized private likenesses, minors, public figure impersonations, copyrighted assets, regulated claims, or content that violates TikTok, YouTube, payment, or applicable legal policies.

Realistic AI-generated or meaningfully altered content will be labeled when a platform requires disclosure. These pilot terms should be reviewed by counsel before scaling beyond early validation.
